What payment methods do you take?

Check with your artist before your appointment to confirm payment options. We do not accept credit cards, but most artists can take cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

Cash is always welcome and often preferred.

Do you offer piercings?

No. We tattoo only.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. One or two guests is fine. We just keep the room from getting too crowded.

Are you open for walk-ins?

No. We work by appointment only.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Let your artist know as soon as you can. Policies vary a little by artist, but late cancellations usually mean a new deposit before rebooking.

Do you take deposits?

Often, yes. Deposit requirements depend on the artist and the size of the project, and they'll explain the details before booking.

Do you tattoo minors?

No. 18 and up, no exceptions.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes. ADA-compliant building with an accessible bathroom.

Can I use numbing cream?

Ask your artist first. Some placements and styles handle it better than others.

How do I care for my tattoo afterwards?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Details are on the gift cards page. They are currently redeemable with Erin or Allyson only.

I'm a maker. Can you stock my work?

Sometimes. Start with the vendor inquiry form and send over samples, details, and quantities.
